Brass work has two main parts

1 Crushing work

2 Casting work

First, the image of a sculpture is made of wax, covered with cast clay, and then the wax is heated and removed.

The cavity is then filled with molten brass.

The mold, which has cooled enough, is then disassembled and the sculpture or product is separated. It is then leveled and the required designs are applied. This is called solid casting.

In the making of Buddha statues, Deva statues, animal statues, Bodhisattva statues and hollow objects, the specimen is polished with a lathe, covered with wax and then dried with clay. Once cooled, the clay is broken up and the jar is separated
