In 1991 the team at CDDEF innovated the process of creating Coconut Vinegar from Coconut Water. Dark, rich salty and slightly sweet, Coconut Aminos is made from Coconut sap blended with sea salt and naturally aged. The Organic Coconut Aminos Teriyaki flavor is made with the Sri Lankan chili to give it a little bit of a hearty kick. A healthy substitute for Soy sauces it contains no MSG. It’s also packed with minerals, C and B vitamins. These products contain different types of Amino acids which play a vital role in muscle repair, brain and nervous system functions.
Coconut Aminos assist in boosting the immune system and physical energy levels. Add it to salad dressings, marinades, stir-fries, soups and stews or can be used as a dipping sauce.

The Organic Coconut Vinegar is made by using coconut water, this product and method of producing Coconut Vinegar was invented and patented by C. D. De Fonseka & Sons (Pvt) Ltd in 1991. In this method Coconut Vinegar is made from fermenting Coconut Water. This product also contains all the healing properties of Coconut Water and is increasingly valued as a support mechanism for weight control to prevent obesity.

Coconut SAP Vinegar is made from naturally sourced Coconut Sap found in the Coconut Flower Blossom atop the Coconut Tree. The Coconut Flower Blossom is snipped at the stem to extract the Coconut SAP. The Coconut SAP is then left to ferment and age in special wooden barrels, it requires no processing. This premium Coconut Vinegar retains all the nutrients in the Coconut Sap. It also contains antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and anti-parasitic healing properties and is believed to benefit the overall immune system.

This is a deliciously sweet syrup extracted from the liquid SAP of the Coconut Flower Blossom. A caramel colored syrup that is rich and bold in flavor. It is low Glycemic, low in fructose and is a natural sweetener. Nectar also has the added advantage of containing a wide range of Vitamins, Minerals and Amino Acids. This is a single ingredient product as it is made from Coconut Sap and it is a 100% natural product.

Coconut Sugar is made from the SAP of the Coconut Flower Blossom. The process involves evaporating the water in the SAP till it crystalizes. This is a single ingredient product made from the SAP of the Coconut. One of the inherent properties in Coconut Sap is that it’s already sweet, therefore this product is a 100% natural product.
